FFFF: Witchrist - Deathbitch

This is the Fast and Furious Friday Feature for you today.  Ritualistic occult oriented New Zealand based blackened death metal filth trance band Witchrist.  Their sound is similar to Teitenblood, a humid churning atmopshereic airlessness, but this has a little bit more space than that, and also reminds me of Black Witchery the way the cymbals crash like shattering glass.  It's a fucking horrible soundscape with addictive momentum.

They're here on Metal Archives and on Facebook, but no myspazz.  You can order the album Beheaded Ouroboros from the label Invictus Productions
