VIDEO: Kam3L3iN - The Dirty

Here's a new video for fresh out the box Canadian electronic artist Kam3l3in from the ever compelling Synaesthesiae Films production team.  This clip kicks off with flickering cathode-ray feedback, slowly morphing into beat highlighting slices of neon emerging from the many intestitial spaces of expressive blackness.  As ever with the videos from Synaesthesiae, it suits the music sublimely, subtely enhancing fashion. 

The track is available to download as part of the two-track IN! ep from Bandcamp with a further third cut on his Soundcloud.

VIDEO: Letherette - Comput

Video by the consistently excellent Synaesthesiae Films for an unreleased track from the electro-soul / disco-house / aqua-crunk-bass-wave duo Letherette. One that's hard to pin down with a few throwaway genres like that (spot The One). I'm guessing their name is taken from this, which alone is more helpful that what I just said.

VIDEO: Moths - Hearts

Beautiful new track from Newbridge, Ireland based solo artist Moths (aka Jack Colleran) who joins the likes of Worriedaboutsatan, Vision Air, Solar Bears, and Hunter Gatherer in the rapidly swelling pantheon of luxuriously haunting ambient electronic producers. His Last.fm bio says he is 17 - Seventeen! Incredibly subtle and nuanced stuff from such a young artist - teenagers not being reknowned for either of those qualities.

New track <3 has a suitably evocative video - all burning blue sky, lens flare, sexualised whimsy - from Synaethesiae Films, who produced one of my favourite clips from last year in the form of Solar Bears' Dolls No idea where the footage is from, and I'm not so sure I'd be up for a roll in the sand, but they look so happy who could take anything from them? Not even me.

VIDEO: Solar Bears - The Quiet Planet

To follow that Vision Air review here's no better a companian piece thanthe new video for Solar Bears' The Quiet Planet. One of the most epically propulsive tracks from their incredible She Was Coloured In album, the video sets about adding to the disorientating swirl of the music with some aerobatics and the appearance of mysterious inter-planetary explorers using footage from Planet of the Apes. It works really well and it looks like the Bears have found a very insightful and sympathetic visualiser of the sound in the form of Synesthesiae Films who have been producing videos for almost the entire album
